I would like to see the actual text of your proposed constitutional ammendments, or the proposed text of entire alternate constitution. I am a Libertarian from Harrisonburg, VA, USA. I advocate the elimination of ALL taxes.

Keep this site going. There are more sites popping up around the place. We certainly need people power to enforce our rights. Please visit my site which is an accumulation of documents and links in respect to sovereignty, common law and the 1986 Australia Act. http://casual.5u.com/aumenu.html Good Luck!

The problem with those who serve the public is they operate with immunity from inquiry. Judicial, political power is untouchable because they have carried over old King of England rules which grant immunity to those in governance. The judicary is where the King was told he would hold power but only if equity was granted when common law complaints were just hence the setting up in the 12th century of the Court of Chancery. Over the centuries equity has been transferred from the King to the Courts of Chancery then just 120 years ago down through to all midlevel Courts of the Commonwealth. The King was advised to introduce equity in the first place because of the failure of the Courts to deliver just law after soldiers returing home after years of battle found land and property sold but trustees who had years prior got them to sign in Latin that failure to return within a given time that could be done. These arguments were taken to the Common Law Courts operating under the Order of Westminster but the soldiers lost. The Courts said a contract was the force of the argument not the fact that the soldiers did not understand what they had commited to. So they took their complaints to the King and he fearful of having his castle attacked created under advice of his chancellor a new Court that would give common sense ruling to fixed law issues. The rest is history. However it does bring one to realise whereever power is held there are members of society who wish to control it hense the law society fight to regain what the King took from them over 800 hundred years ago. Today they have it back but this time with Immunity from having that power questioned. The public believe politicians have the power but what we really have is a series of oligopoly powers each happy to keep away from each other hence law society and political society mutual rorting each happy not to clash each other with the price being paid by the public who just want good governace. Fiduciary obligations although a foundation of any person putting themselves up for the jobs of running public service functions is obvious, all who observe public office incompetence soon realise the fidicary duty of those holding power in trust for the people have no intention to be tested on that undertaking. If any of you wish goverment to improve find out how many laws stop you testing judges for competance and accuracy and ask yourself what is the good of having these laws. They must be removed. malulabah@xtra.co.nz
