United People Power. UPP
United People Power. is an Australia-wide, people-based, non-political party organisation established to deal with Constitutional issues.Currently concentrating all efforts on a third alternative proposition, to be worked up by the people into a comprehensive Fresh Commonwealth Constitution, putting forward and finally into law the people's preferred Constitution via the November 1999 referendum.
One project relegated to the back burner is the UPP review of individual State Constitutions, which is planned to bring them into line with the proposed Fresh Commonwealth Constitution - to reintroduce the essential protection and maintenance of the peoples' inalienable rights; bringing ultimate control of the Constitution directly under the control of the Australian people for the first time.
UPP welcomes all submissions received for consideration for inclusion in the Alternative Three - Draft Fresh Commonwealth Constitution.
In addition UPP is holding Conventions around Australia seeking as wide as possible input. UPP membership is $20 pa. Mail list membership is only $5 pa.
Activity options are available for all that are motivated to protect their freedom.
Remember freedom is not a gift it is something that requires constant vigilance and sometimes sacrifice to maintain.
Donations are essential to maintain UPP's work.
